“…[JIMMY] is a kind, and intelligent person who understands how to make a reluctant boy move and be interested in being fit and healthy.”
“My 11 year old son has been having sessions with Jimmy for a few months now. He always looks forward to seeing him.
Jimmy makes the session fun by talking about films and characters my son is interested in.
He passes on the progress he has been making each week to us. Highly recommended!”

A GLIMPSE INTO OUR SESSION
After my first session with Alison’s son, it was clear that superhero-themed training would keep him engaged. We put together an eight-week plan and gave some classic exercises a comic-book twist, for example turning a simple TRX row into the TRX Thor’s Hammer Row. The TRX was ideal for building full-body strength, with a key focus on core stability.
I also introduced basic boxing combinations and drills. each week we choose a villain of the week to jab, cross, hook, and uppercut. Boxing is not only fun, it’s fantastic for improving focus and discipline through memorising combinations, while also boosting agility and coordination.
